Making a choice by taking a step in faith can invite pressure to come to undo the progress you’ve made. Something wants you to question yourself, whether you made a smart move or should you had just played it safe? And have you noticed, the world can always find a reason to criticize this faith?
Men and women of faith are seen as fanatics by some “intelligent” minds of our day. But what is intelligence anyway? The ability to memorize whatever somebody else told you better than the next? …Sounds like slavery.
Or is it the ability to reason every little possible outcome and calculation until you get it right? …Mere foolishness.Faith is beyond intelligence, operating in a realm untouched by the weakness of our fears and the limitations of our selfishness. It lies beyond the other side of reason and rhyme and unexplained by anything else your mind can define. Just one drop will drown you in a whisper that blows you away. True power hides in softness, and it takes more than our mind to see above the fray.

How many times have we heard it before and we may hear it again. That faith is the lack of critical thinking? What’s funny is that it takes as much faith, if not more, to believe God is not real than it does to believe that He is.
The pseudo intellectual would have you believe that anytime faith is involved requires abandoning your ability to reason and see things objectively. What’s a little funny about that is the fact that much of the information available on this topic has been filtered from our schools and institutions making such a claim easier to believe. While the majority of non-believers who take the time to study Christianity find themselves converting to the faith. Many people may not know that the single biggest contributor to the new testament was the Apostle Paul who converted to Christ after openly hunting down and persecuting Christians openly. He was eventually executed for his unshakable faith in Jesus Christ around AD 95, 60 years after his conversion.
