Love can never be forced. But it’s the force that can’t be ignored. If love is never forced then how can you know the God of love until you surrender everything you think you know?

You have to stop caring…it’s the element tempting you to force your love. And makes you a slave to worry, manifesting a lack of confidence toward God.

For every action has a reaction, and whatever you hold on to keeps a hold on you.

Has anyone ever truly loved you? Did they ever treat you poorly and excuse it with a “they’re only trying to love you?” God is a perfect gentleman and you would never even know it unless you asked. So many people have so many different criticisms of God but He holds His tongue. And even though He holds His tongue, it makes the loudest sound in the world. But how can we know if we’re only consumed with ourselves? We have to let go of everything weighing us down. We have to let go of the lies we have convinced ourselves of.

That person in your life who forced their love on you could have done it to hurt you. But sometimes people mean well and they don’t realize what they’re doing. Because when you care so much about something you’re tempted to force things to work and try to make it happen. As I’m sure you may understand. Is there a time when you cared so deeply and you knew what you felt was true? You just wanted to let them know and you just couldn’t keep something so amazing all to yourself? That’s how we fall into the same trap and it makes us a slave to worry. It’s in those moments that we forget about God.

And anything we do has its effect on everything else in our life. But if you let it all go and give it all to God, everything in life will have to let go of you, and you will finally be able to just breathe.
