Did you ever have all the information and knowledge but still got stuck working through the logic of just making a decision?
Sometimes we get stuck because we are trying to avoid making another huge mistake. No one wants to add another bad memory to our storehouse of experience.
When was the last time you made a decision you were proud of? Was it difficult? I believe we struggle making decisions by not allowing yourselves to pursue the passions in our heart.
We live in such a high-pressure busy world that our passions can seem like a delicacy only few get to pursue. When we ignore our passion it’s inevitable that we begin making decisions based on guilt and fear. When you come to that fork in the road, what’s the first thing that goes through your mind? Is it all those bad emotions of what might happen and all the “what ifs” flying through your head? Do you get stuck trying to duck and dodge our way through an obstacle course of scenarios trying to find what fits the best. Only to just settle for more of the same.
This is so stressful and heavy there’s got to be another way. Thankfully we have grace.

God’s grace defies the logic by taking the guilt and fear away from the equation. Grace gives you the freedom to pursue your passions without feeling guilt. If you don’t get your heart right nothing in my life is going to work. When it’s full of grief, anger, or guilt, it’s going to affect the way you see yourself and everything else you do. But if your heart is clean you will receive unearned goodness without shame. You will have the humility and the freedom to be joyful. That kind of joy is contagious, and when you have it all around you, it will change your life. It all starts with Grace.

We have all built a mountain of mistakes, problems, and hurt that most people with any good sense are not proud of. And most of us know that you can’t get away with that stuff in life. What goes around comes around. And that’s true, something’s bound to happen. We anticipate a punishment in some form or another for all the mistakes we’ve caused. What most don’t realize, or accept, is someone has already paid the price of your mess ups. You have the opportunity to take advantage of real freedom because no punishment can come twice for the same offense.

So this is our faith. That Adam brought it all into the world, all the crap, all the sin, and all the bad karma. Just like one man brought it in, another man took it out. We have faith in Jesus who took the punishment for us as a gift. The gospel (good news) is that we are justified by faith. The word justified means- free from blame, guilt, or penalty. So stop feeling so horrible about all the mistakes you’ve made. If anyone is trying to sell you a bucket of fear or guilt, they are only trying to put you back under some sort of religious law. And the more you think that way, the harder it will be to live life with freedom and joy running through your veins. You will instantly feel the weight of the world as soon as you try to start managing your own spiritual debts. I encourage you not to let yourself live that way.
“Christ has become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; you have fallen from grace.” (Galatians 5:4)

Without faith, the logical mind is bound by the law. But through faith we surrender ourselves until the law is renewed in the spirit of life.

The Law drives you further into sin, condemning your efforts to satisfy its demands.  As the hill of attempts becomes a mountain of failure. But we are broken by the love that sets us free, renewed in the fountain of its everlasting peace.

Through logic, circumstance becomes your god, dominating your mind with rules you cannot meet. Through Faith, circumstance becomes your slave.  As truth is above fact, and someone who is madly in love with you still sits on the throne.

Logic demands more logic, dancing with fear. As the mind will eat  itself alive. But we take no thought and pay no mind. The truth is proof that logic fails and fear gets left behind. Through the Formula, the will of God manifests without force, giving man the upper hand when he heeds the Voice. For “the fear of the wicked shall come upon him, but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.” (Proverbs 10:24)

“The first shall be last and the last shall be first.” (Matthew 19:30) Including all religious laws and any expectations taught from birth. For in everything that is anything at all, God will have the glory before the final curtain is called. His life replaces law, overcome by the cross, the doorway of all. Bound by the covenant of love that never falls.
